Our time together will help empower you to make the necessary changes needed in your life to become the person you want to be.

Your first initial session begins with a free 15-20 minute consultation for us to get to know one another. we will determine if I can help you, or if you need to be referred to another therapist. Your first session will begin with an in-depth assessment that includes identifying problems and determining a plan to work at your own pace.

When Can I Get an Appointment?

I offer flexible appointment times throughout the week for in-person or teletherapy sessions to residents of North Carolina.

How Much Does It Cost?

My rate is $125.00 for a standard 55-minute session. I offer longer sessions as needed and based on availability. Payment is required at the end of each session. I accept all major credit cards, checks and cash.

Do You Take Insurance?

I am considered an “out of network” provider. While I do not take insurance as a direct form of payment, it is possible that some or all your session will be covered by your insurance plan.

How often do we meet?

That will vary with each client. Once we determine what your needs are and a plan of care, we will discuss how often we need to meet.

You counseled me in a support or therapy group, can I make an appointment?

Yes.
